Senior Web Developer (m/w/d) / KI-Entwickler 100% Remote

Craftivo is a young, ambitious startup that develops modern software for craft businesses - from project and order management to time recording, offers and invoices, to the planning board and team chat. We digitize everyday life on the construction site and in the office and make it noticeably easier. In order to further develop our app even faster and better, we consistently rely on AI-supported development.

That's why we're looking for you: an experienced senior web developer who not only tries out AI agents, but also integrates them confidently and productively into his everyday development work. 100% remote, in a small team with short distances and lots of creative freedom. Tasks You play a key role in driving forward the further development of our Craftivo app - new features, improvements and fixing errors.

You work almost exclusively with AI agents and LLM-based tools and use them to develop faster, cleaner and more efficiently. You develop well-thought-out prompts and workflows that can be used to reliably use AI agents for coding, refactoring, testing and debugging. You review, test and are responsible for the code generated by AI so that our code quality remains high.

You actively contribute your ideas and help shape the product, architecture and technical decisions. You keep an eye on the performance, maintainability and user-friendliness of our app.

Qualifications

Completed training in the IT sector with 3-5 years of professional experience, a completed degree (e.g. computer science) or a comparable qualification. Profound experience in modern web development (frontend and/or backend). Proven experience in the productive use of AI agents and LLM tools in software development - ​​this is central to this role.

Strong instinct for critically evaluating, testing and improving AI-generated code. Independent, structured way of working - important for working in a remote team. Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (our team and company language is German).
