Key Responsibilities
The Manager, People & Culture, reporting to the Chief Consulting Officer, is responsible for a range of duties and tasks including, but not limited to, the following:Culture & EngagementPlan and support company-wide culture initiatives including retreats, recognition programs, celebrations, surveys and other employee engagement activitiesFacilitate and support in the delivery of company All-Hands meetings and Lunch & LearnsGather employee feedback through formal and informal channels, identify trends, and recommend improvements that strengthen our workplace cultureEmployee Lifecycle & People OperationsOwn and execute on the entire employee lifecycle â From onboarding to offboarding and everything in betweenOwn and manage our HRIS, HiBob, including data updates, reporting requests, and platform customizationsDrive our end-to-end employee recruitment lifecycle and early career support initiatives (Graduate & Co-Op programs)Manage our Canadian and US
