Responsibilities What this role is really about This role is not purely a marketing automation or technical CRM operations position. Your focus is on planning, creating, controlling and optimizing our regular newsletter campaigns. You combine good timing, relevant content and clean segmentation with a clear view of performance.
Our Head of CRM is responsible for the overarching customer journey as well as the structure and optimization of our automated flows. You will work closely with her and take on operational responsibility for our campaign communication within the CRM team.
