Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new athletes and communicating campaign expectations and timelines, tracking deliverables such as social posts, appearances, and content deadlines, following up to ensure content is submitted and brand-compliant, and coordinating with internal team members and brand partners to keep campaigns on track. The Associate Director also flags and escalates missed deadlines or communication gaps proactively, and represents the Axe Sports Group brand with professionalism, energy, and authenticity in every athlete interaction.
Qualifications
