You make technical decisions independently, ensuring that systems are scalable, secure and aligned with the organization's standards as well as SRE objectives. In this role, you manage complex projects, contribute to the improvement of infrastructure, observability and operational processes, and support team members. You collaborate with architects, product teams and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business and operational needs.

Primary Responsibilities Infrastructure Leadership: Autonomously design and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Platform Standardization: Define and evolve standards, guidelines and best practices for cloud deployments and architectures. Reliability Excellence: Implement monitoring, alerts, dashboards and error budgets to ensure the performance and health of systems.

Technical assessment: Analyze and advise on new technologies, procurement options and architecture proposals consistent with SRE objectives. Resource optimization: Analyze resource usage and implement cost optimization practices as well as FinOps initiatives. Mentoring: Accompany and support team members, sharing best practices in order to strengthen collective technical skills.Continuous improvement: Identify gaps in processes or tools and propose concrete solutions to improve the effectiveness of the platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation or related technical fieldsConcrete expertise with cloud platforms (ideally Azure) and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, Ansible, etc. Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows and deployment strategies for complex systems Strong understanding of networks, RBAC, security best practices and cloud architectures Proficiency in observability tools such as ELK, Azure Monitor or equivalent, as well as operational excellence practices Proven experience in implementing containerization (Docker) and orchestration solutions (Kubernetes, etc.) for complex systems Ability to make technical decisions autonomously while reconciling technical debt and quality of deliverables Advanced mastery of scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, .Net or equivalent Excellent collaboration and communication skills, in French and English Additional information What we offer you: Teleworking and flexibility (work-life balance).
