E-commerce and Retail AssistantLocation: Clapham SW11 5RHSalary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday and every other SaturdayWe are looking for an organized and customer-oriented E-commerce and Retail Assistant to join our team. This is a diverse position combining retail sales, online store service and warehouse duties. Scope of responsibilitiesRetail sales and customer service Providing the highest quality customer service in the stationary store, by phone and online.

Helping customers in selecting products and providing technical advice on paints. Precise mixing of paints. Sales service and taking care of a friendly and aesthetic store display.

Replenishing stocks and putting goods on the shelves. E-commerce Efficient implementation and handling online orders. Completing, packing and shipping customer orders.

Handling customer inquiries and returns regarding online purchases. Adding and updating product offers, collections and product descriptions. Ensuring that the website is current, correct and aesthetically presenting the offer.

Monitoring stock levels and coordinating inventory updates both in the stationary and online store. We are looking for a person who: Has experience in sales (a necessary condition). Is well-organized, reliable and can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Has excellent communication skills and high standards of customer service. Is comfortable using computers and internet systems. Is characterized by high accuracy and attention to detail.

Likes teamwork, but is equally good at organizing work independently. Has previous experience in retail and e-commerce. We offer: Competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience.
