Here are the three levels for which we are constantly building contacts: Junior PR Manager (from 1 year of experience in active media work) You develop creative, tailor-made PR story angles and pitch them directly to journalists, no standard texts, no off-the-shelf PMs. You support customers from various industries in a team of two or three and are a sparring partner for them on an equal footing, not just an order recipient. You build relationships with journalists from business, GI and specialist media and place your customers there with convincing stories.

And you'll work with our internal AI stack for research, pitch preparation and topic scouting, leaving more time for substance and creativity. PR Manager (from 3 years of experience) You support customers strategically and operationally, usually in a team of two or three, and are a real sparring partner at eye level, whether C-level, communications manager or in-house PR manager. You develop editorially well-thought-out PR stories and pitch them individually.

You work with clear KPIs and actively contribute to success through daily media contact. And you will build a reliable network of journalists from the most important media in the DACH region and Europe. Senior PR Manager (4+ years of experience, ideally in an agency environment) You develop individual PR strategies for clients from the B2B and B2C sectors, with a clear focus on topic placement in relevant media.

You manage communication professionally, plan ahead with quarterly plans and KPIs and build long-term relationships as a sparring partner at C-level. You share your knowledge within the team, giving and receiving peer-to-peer feedback across all experience levels. And you actively monitor the news situation in order to identify potential topics before others have them on their radar.

The following applies to all three levels: You work actively with our internal AI stack, build a network with journalists from the most important media and speak German at a C2 level as well as professional English.

Qualifications

You have gained operational PR experience, whether at the agency or in-house, with verifiable placements in leading German media. You have already worked on your own customers and supported them strategically and operationally. You understand how different media tick and develop precise stories from complex topics that work journalistically.

You have a well-maintained network of journalists or are in the process of building one. Personal responsibility is just as important to you as team cohesion. For you, sharing knowledge openly is part of it.

For you, AI is a network, not a threat. You have already worked with LLMs or AI workflows. You speak German at C2 level, also communicate professionally in English and live in Germany.
