Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to collaborate, remotely and with practically exclusive dedication, in the integral development of an interior project for a corporate space. This is a project expected to last between 1 and 2 months, whose objective is to create a contemporary, functional and differentiating design concept, developing all the necessary documentation for the its implementation.We are looking for a creative professional, with strong technical capacity and attention to detail, capable of transforming an idea into a complete project prepared for execution.Main ResponsibilitiesThe professional will be responsible for the integral development of the interior project, including:Space Study and PlanningFunctional analysis of the space;Study of circulation and organization of different areas;Definition of layouts;Space optimization proposals;Development of the design concept.Interior Design ProjectComplete development of the project, including:Selection of furniture;Lighting;Materials;Flooring;Coatings;Carpentry;Decorative elements;Storage solutions;Acoustic elements;Colors and finishes;Ambiences and visual identity of the space.3D Modeling and VisualizationDevelopment of three-dimensional models and realistic images of all project areas, including: 3D modeling; Photorealistic renderings; Different perspectives of spaces; Adjustments and iterations whenever necessary. Technical Specification Preparation of all necessary documentation for implementation of the project, including: Detailed identification of all products used; Brands and manufacturers; Models; References; Colors; Materials; Quantities; Estimated acquisition values; Suggestion of suppliers and alternatives when applicable.

The objective is to deliver a project that allows you to later request quotes and negotiate directly with suppliers and manufacturers. Deliverables At the end of the project, the following must be delivered: Final layout of the space; Complete 3D model; Photorealistic images of all environments; Material and product specifications manual; Complete list of furniture, lighting, decoration and other elements used; Document with brands, models, references and values estimates;Organization of all editable files and technical documentation.Mandatory

Requirements
