and recommend and implement processes and best practicesAnalyze and diagnose the current state, conduct root cause analysis, and identify improvement opportunitiesEvaluate and present information that will facilitate timely decision-making that summarize findings and recommendationsIntegrate, cleanse, and synthesize data to develop actionable insightsDevelop professional and brand-representative reporting and related client outputProvide continuous improvement on business analysis methodology, processes and templatesFacilitate workshops and stakeholder sessionsConduct client interviewsProvide regular reporting to key stakeholders, both internal and externalActively assess project/engagement risks, provide mitigation plan and escalate issues to Engagement Managers/PrincipalsSKILLS AND COMPTENCIESSupply chain industry and domain knowledgeRelevant experience and/or exposure to supply chain and logistics assessments, logistics facility design and process optimization, distribution network design, TL/LTL/parcel/intermodal transportation, planning and inventory management, supply chain software, third party logistics, etc.Strong analytically with the ability to draw insight from assorted dataSkilled in tools such as Excel, ETL, PowerBI, Python, SQL, and AIExperience developing process flows and mappingAbility to learn and grasp complex business operations quicklyCritical thinker able to understand, organize, and articulate problemsEffective problem solver able to correctly identify root causes, conceptualize and communicate practical solutionsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment, directly with clients, and with cross functional stakeholders at all levels of an organizationAble to thrive in ambiguous and challenging work environments with shifting demandsAbility to prioritize, work to deadlines, and manage across multiple assignmentsDedication to client service excellenceAbility to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; ability to communicate in French is an assetAbility to travel (extensively at times)EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degreeA minimum of five years of relevant supply chain, operations, and/or consulting experienceExperience and accreditation in supply chain would be a strong asset
