You will be the hands-on day-to-day implementer and manager for both Fiber Tribe and Agency Acquisitions. This job will manage and schedule approximately 15 pieces of content per week across the two channels with the support of a full time video editor. This includes but is not limited to: Writing the scripts to record for ReelsProviding feedback on the video direction and quality of the videos.
There is a video editor on the team who will edit and produce all of the video content. Posting all of the Reels on Instagram per week, approximately 7-10 Reels per week for Agency Acquisitions and 4-5 Reels for Fiber Tribe. This includes:Create engaging thumbnails as needed Add trending music if requiredProof the closed captions provided by the video editorWrite the caption to go with the ReelsScheduling all of the videos across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) Creating carousels and images in Canva (at least 4 per week, per brand)Creating folders for tracking inside Canva and develop naming conventions for ease of useResearching and posting hashtags Creating and sharing Instagram Stories daily YouTube:Uploading the long form videos to YouTube Managing the channel and creating playlistsCreating end cards and linking to other videosManaging thumbnail creation with with graphic designer Managing the video editor:Provide direction for look and feel of videosFeedback on how to improve the video processManage the flow of video content to and from the video editor Content tracking:Create and update a tracking document for all content for social mediaCommunity engagementRespond to comments and DM’s (or flag for response as needed) Engage on other social media content for more visibility
Requirements
You are:Someone who loves making results happen and have a passion for growing brands online from scratchA person with a background in marketing and 3+ years of experience Keen to tackle new projects and looking for a long term commitment to a clientQuick to learn and can project manage effectively An effective manager of other resources (video editor, other team members as needed) Someone who can take feedback, and give direction as needed Self driven and able to bring new insights and direction to the teamConsiderations:This is not a cookie-cutter job.
