If you're passionate about client advocacy and want to support people during some of their toughest moments - all while working remotely - this is the role for you. 💼 What You’ll Do: You'll be the backbone of our litigation team - supporting attorneys, organizing cases, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. - Draft demand letters, discovery responses, and legal correspondence - Manage deadlines, case files, records, and exhibits - Conduct client interviews and coordinate document collection - Handle medical records and billing summaries - Support trial prep and case strategy - Liaise with providers, adjusters, and experts - Track details and ensure timelines are met like a pro

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal injury law (Required) - Proven experience in litigation support - Strong understanding of case management and litigation workflows - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills (client-facing role) - Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively - Comfort working with Google Drive and digital document systems - Spanish bilingual proficiency
