Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

HEILBORN Marketing is an influencer marketing agency for D2C brands. Our customers include some of the fastest growing brands in Germany. We are a small, ambitious team with high standards: top work instead of agency average.

We work fully remotely, without micromanagement, everyone has real responsibility. Because we are growing rapidly, we are now looking for reinforcements for the team. With us you can expect a steep learning curve and full focus on two things: influencer marketing and AI.

Tasks You will take responsibility for your own customer brands from day one, and work closely alongside an experienced senior: Creator sourcing & discovery: finding the right creators for each brand, with our own AI-supported tools Outreach & negotiation: from the initial approach to the deal, including barter collaborations. This means high email and communication volumes, which we facilitate with AI but cannot replace. You should be ready to step on the gas here Campaign management: briefings, content coordination, partnership ads, timing Reporting & evaluation: track performance in a data-driven manner and make the next campaign better Customer communication: you are the contact person for our customers and are available to give advice and support

Qualifications

What is more important than your CV is how you tick: Doer mentality: you take problems and solve them, go the extra mile, question instead of just processing them High level of personal responsibility: it's your way you do things that are important and you have high standards for your own performance AI affinity: you like working with AI and learn new tools quickly (or would like to) Resilience in a fast-paced environment: high volume and high speed excite you Honesty, transparency and open communication are important to you. Very good German, good English, we also source internationally. Experience in influencer marketing is a plus, not a requirement.
