You have already proven that you can profitably scale e-commerce brands with paid social - and now you want to take on more strategic responsibility and actively help shape the development of an AI-first performance team? Together with a team of over 20 e-commerce specialists, you will be responsible for demanding accounts with high advertising budgets, advise customers on an equal level and further develop our paid social area - 100% remotely, with a lot of personal responsibility and without micromanagement.

Your tasks at a glance: Strategically control meta & TikTok campaigns and scale them profitably. Optimize high advertising budgets independently (ROAS, POAS & CAC). Develop creative strategies and test them together with the creative team.

Advise customers strategically and derive recommendations for action. Manage reports and strategy calls independently. Further develop processes, standards and best practices in the paid social team.
