Tasks Design the infrastructure of the energy transition with us: In complex large-scale projects relating to energy and transport networks, you take on a central role in securing routes and managing approval processes. A dynamic, interdisciplinary environment awaits you with a direct impact on the future of energy. Your mission You manage infrastructure projects with a focus on rights of way, route security and permit management and successfully implement projects together with customers and stakeholders.

You use your expertise to further develop processes efficiently, in a structured and data-based manner. This is what awaits you: Manage projects and maintain an overview. You take responsibility for work packages or sub-projects in large infrastructure projects and ensure structured control of time, quality and interfaces.

You coordinate internal teams and external partners and ensure smooth project implementation. Securing rights of way & negotiating solutions You will support issues relating to rights of way, securing areas and routes - from preparation to implementation. In coordination with owners, authorities and other stakeholders, you will develop viable solutions and bring negotiations to a targeted conclusion.

are implemented efficiently. You work with relevant regulations and continuously develop existing methods. Structuring data & improving processes You work with rights of way and geodata, ensure clean data and document management and are actively involved in the further development of digital tools and processes in order to make projects even more efficient.

Qualifications

We are looking forward to this: You have a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field You have first or several years of experience in infrastructure projects, ideally in the area of right of way, route security or approval management You are ideally familiar with public law procedures (e.g. NABEG, EnWG, VwVfG) You impress with analytical thinking, structured working methods and strong communication skills You are confident in using relevant tools and work You are happy to work in interdisciplinary teams You are willing to travel on a project-related basis and have very good German and good English skills
