Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

: BS in a relevant field with 4-8 years of experience, or a Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experienceDesign, build, test, and manage SCCM infrastructureDesign, build, test, and manage VDI solutions using VMWareDeployment and support experience with Dell server hardwareManagement and troubleshooting of storage technologies including Dell and NetAppManagement and troubleshooting of Active Directory in an on-premise environmentDevelopment of customer desktop builds with bespoke/legacy applicationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsIndependent and autonomous workerExperience in ITIL ICT service delivery on critical infrastructureAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in patch management, including analysis and deploymentStrong understanding of stakeholder management and organizational acumenDemonstrated ability to adapt to new technologiesExperience in a business or safety-critical environmentExcellent understanding of end-to-end engineering processes Responsibilities: Collaborate with colleagues and customers to deliver technical services in a dynamic ITIL environmentProvide on-site consultation oversight and integration support for hardware, software, network configurations, and new system initiativesAdvise on technical
