Full-Stack-Developer (PHP/Laravel)

At meinMPP, we operate a B2B platform for the employee PC program - a tax advantage that gives employees access to modern hardware through deferred compensation. For companies this is completely administration-free, for us it means: a platform that simply has to run, with over 2,500 products, clean order processing and an admin interface that keeps operations as lean as possible for everyone involved. We are a small, remote-working team and value the most modern system on the market - built on European infrastructure, with data minimization as a principle instead of a marketing phrase.

Our stack is Laravel with Filament in the backend, Meilisearch for search, the whole thing on Kubernetes. We are looking for someone who will not only develop this further, but help shape it. And one more thing: AI is an integral part of our work, not a foreign body.

We expect that you use tools like Copilot, Claude & Co. as a matter of course - but as an amplifier of your own thinking performance, not as a replacement for it. Anyone who understands what they are building will become faster and better with AI. If you just let them spit out code and hope it works, you're wrong.

Tasks You develop and maintain our platform based on Laravel and Filament - from the shop frontend to the admin interface You build and integrate APIs through which we work with partners, distributors and benefit platforms You ensure maintainable, scalable code and make architectural decisions that will still be useful in two years You take care of the search function (Meilisearch) and the further development of our ordering and Processing logic You expand test automation so that we can deliver quickly and still reliably You use AI tools as an integral part of your work - as an amplifier of your own thinking performance, not as a replacement for understanding and clean decisions

Qualifications

Several years of practical experience with PHP and Laravel. You don't know the framework from the tutorial, but from real projects. An independent way of working.

You advance topics independently and don't wait for instructions Experience in building maintainable and scalable software that can still be understood years later Security in the development and integration of APIs Experience with test automation
