PLC-Programmierer / Commissioning Engineer (m/w/d)

As a PLC programmer/commissioning engineer (m/f/d), you are responsible for programming, commissioning and optimizing highly automated production systems in the automotive environment. They accompany the entire commissioning process, analyze and resolve faults and ensure a smooth production process. Depending on your level of experience, you will take on tasks ranging from system commissioning to the independent development of complex PLC software solutions.

Tasks Programming and commissioning of PLC controls with Siemens TIA Portal Commissioning and optimization of production systems and machines Carrying out functional, safety and acceptance tests Analysis and elimination of errors on PLC controls, drives and automation systems Production support and optimization of existing systems Configuration and parameterization of servo drives and frequency converters (e.g. SINAMICS S120/G120) Integration and connection of master computer, MES and third-party systems Creation and maintenance of technical documentation Collaboration with project teams, customers and other specialist departments during commissioning Qualification Must-have: Several years of experience in PLC programming or commissioning Very good knowledge of the Siemens TIA Portal Experience with PLC programming or PLC commissioning Knowledge of troubleshooting and fault analysis Good written and spoken English skills Willingness to work on national and international projects Desirable: Experience in the automotive environment, especially battery or e-mobility production systems Knowledge of WinCC Experience with SINAMICS S120 and G120 Knowledge of Profinet, EtherCAT and safety programming Experience with highly automated production lines Knowledge of MES/master computer connections Experience with vision, laser or screw systems Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working Find jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
