Requirements

: Extensive System Support experience, ideally within an ERP system like Dynamics 365 or NetsuiteUnderstanding of core business processes around Sales, Purchasing, Treasury, and People ManagementAbility to effectively communicate with end users while resolving issuesAbility to effectively multi-task varied support requests across multiple systems Responsibilities: Act as a system expert with a robust understanding of how business processes are delivered within the systemProactively identify recurring issues to determine if they indicate a system issue or a potential training requirementManage the support requests queue, ensuring prompt management and clear communicationTimely escalation and ongoing management of requests to internal or external support staff as neededDevelop core system reporting in collaboration with business process ownersCreate and maintain training documentation alongside business process ownersSupport and coordinate system testing around upgrades and developmentsAssist in the delivery of system trainingGain a full understanding of the Group Business Intelligence platform Technologies: Business IntelligenceERPSupportOffice 365 More: We are Norwich Norse Group, offering a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join our Finance Team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
