Service Architect - North West England

Salary: £136,560 - 145,500 per year

Requirements

: Proven experience in service architecture or IT service design roles.Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and application landscapes.Ability to create detailed service models and operational documentation.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Must hold or be eligible to obtain SC clearance.Ability to work with sensitive and classified information in compliance with government and organizational security policies.ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) preferred.Experience in large-scale enterprise or government environments preferred.Familiarity with service modeling tools and frameworks preferred.
