Ship features You implement smaller features and bug fixes independently - from the idea to the merge. Your code goes live and is used by real sales partners. Scouting AI tools You try out new models and AI tools on the day they are released and translate them into concrete use cases for our platform.
Automate energy sales You help design the AI workflows that support our platform: live credit checks, application validation, automated commission billing. Working directly on the core You work directly with the founding team and our AI experts - short paths, quick decisions, visible impact. B. in computer science, business informatics, data science or a related subject. 02 Agentic Development Skills You independently develop AI-based tools: you are familiar with tools like Claude Code or Codex, you understand and use LLM Tool Calling and Structured Outputs. 03 AI-First Mindset AI is your daily tool, not a buzzword.
You understand how LLMs and agents work and can try new things straight away. 04 Builder mentality You work independently, persist and would rather deliver a working prototype than a perfect concept. 05 Language: Fluent in spoken and written German.
