Your tasks From October 2026 to September 2027 you will be responsible for the further development of our BCM (Business Continuity Management): Conception and further development: creation of BCM documentation (guidelines, manuals, processes, etc.) and development of concepts and plans to improve and establish a BCM. Communication: Information events and training for departments. BIA and risk analysis: Supporting the implementation of business impact analyzes to determine critical processes and their maximum downtimes.

Emergency planning: Creation of business continuation, recovery and restart plans in close and guiding cooperation with the specialist departments (especially IT). Scenario creation: Conception of BCM scenarios and corresponding application to business continuity plans. Crisis management: Establishing a crisis team process and communication planning as an ICT communication manager.

Testing & practicing: Conception of a multi-year BCM test plan, as well as initiator and leader of the BCM tests. Additionally or optionally, you would be responsible for setting up and later managing the ICS (Internal Control System). This includes, among other things, supporting the departments with process documentation and process design, identifying key processes, process risks and implementing risk-oriented controls, creating and maintaining the risk control matrix (RCM) and carrying out self-assessments and effectiveness tests of the controls.
