We are now building up exactly this area internally - and are looking for THE person to design it together with the founder. Our motto is: doing cool shit with cool people. Tasks post-production and video cutting for our D2C customers Creation of statics for meta ads Development of new hooks and creative variants Evaluation of creative performance directly in the ad account Development and further development of the creative area Use of AI tools in the creative workflow (e.g.

Magnific) Continuous training in video editing, recognizing trends and creating your own trends Qualification A1 background in video cutting and post-production Real eye for what makes a good ad - and what not experience with AI tools in the workflow or a high willingness to use them Interest in performance marketing: You want to know what your creatives achieve in the end Aspiration to deliver results and constantly develop yourself We don't care about your CV, degree or title on paper - your eye and your output count
