Tasks Your tasks: You build smart campaigns and flows that are more than the usual run-of-the-mill stuff.

From personalized emails to WhatsApp to print mailings, everything will be there. Your focus is clearly on email marketing, we can also teach you the rest. You ensure that existing customers are not forgotten, but rather buy regularly, stay active and celebrate the brand.

You segment the target groups cleverly, find the right trigger points and deliver the content that ultimately brings in sales. You analyze campaigns, flows and customer behavior and optimize based on data, without gimmicks, with a focus on results. You work closely with copy, design and our tech team.

Together we ensure clean set-ups, strong content and measurable impact. You bring in new ideas, tools or best practices to constantly improve the retention of our customers. Why you and your tasks are important to us: In short, you ensure that our customers are happy.

As a CRM & Email Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are a central part of the E-Whisper Agency. Every well-segmented list, every well-thought-out flow and every strong message that you are responsible for contributes directly to the growth of our customers and thus to our shared success.

Qualifications

What you bring with you: You have at least 2 years of experience in email marketing, ideally with Klaviyo. You live in Germany or Austria. You know the special features of D2C brands and are familiar with Shopify.

You understand what makes target groups tick, you can control content based on data and you know what makes good communication. You work in a structured, independent manner and have a strong hands-on mentality. Creativity, personal responsibility and team spirit are just as important to you as performance orientation.

You want to be part of an innovative start-up and are ready to grow with us. Optional: You have experience in planning and implementing multichannel campaigns (email, WhatsApp and/or print mailing).

In order to better assess your skills, we may ask you to complete a short test task after the call. This task simulates typical projects from our everyday work.

You have enough time to work on it in peace over the next few days. In a second conversation, we discuss the results of the test task, clarify open questions and delve deeper into certain topics - be it questions about how you work, your wishes for us or our expectations of you.
