Key Responsibilities
:Human Resources- Administer employee

programs, enrollments, and employee support.- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.- Manage workforce planning, employee onboarding, and offboarding activities.- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.- Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.- Maintain HRIS and employee documentation.- Partner with leadership on workforce management and organizational planning.Talent Acquisition- Lead full-cycle recruiting for legal, immigration, paralegal, attorney, case management, and corporate support positions.- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.- Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting metrics. - Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.- Create a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
