We're growing fast and building the team that will take us to the next level.The RoleWe're looking for a driven, entry-level Partnerships & Business Development Associate to join our Partnerships team, working closely with our Head of Partnerships and BD & Partnerships Manager. This is a full-time role for someone ready to own meaningful pieces of our partner pipeline from day one, running outreach at scale, managing partner accounts, keeping operations sharp, and growing into ownership of full partnership initiatives end-to-end.
Because this is a remote-first role, being a clear, responsive communicator is critical: you'll be expected to proactively share progress, flag blockers early, and stay reachable across Slack, email, and video calls so the team and partners always know where things stand.What You'll DoYour work will span the core functions of our Partnerships team:Business Development & Revenue GenerationOwn prospect research, contact sourcing, and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) list building for target brands and retailersExecute high-volume daily outreach using tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorWrite and iterate on outbound messaging sequences that book pitch calls and drive sign-upsSupport demo scheduling and maintain clean CRM hygiene so no opportunity falls through the cracksReport regularly on outreach metrics: open rates, response rates, meetings booked, and conversionsPartner Success & Account ManagementServe as a first point of contact for inbound partner questions and account verification requestsMaintain accurate, up-to-date partner account recordsSupport partner communications and follow-up to keep relationships moving forwardHelp ensure inbound partners are verified and onboarded quickly and correctlySales & Revenue OperationsKeep CRM data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting current and accurateAssist with Apollo list-building and outreach operationsSupport revenue and pipeline reporting for leadership reviewsProduct Operations, Demo Creation & Quality AssuranceCreate and maintain partner demo collections, including garment uploads and image generation supportRun QA testing, voting, and validation on demo assets before they go liveCoordinate with engineering and applied ML teams to flag and resolve quality issuesMaintain a clean, current demo collection trackerStrategic Partnerships & Cross-Functional ProjectsOwn a partner initiative end-to-end, from sourcing and pitching to negotiation, onboarding, and activationCoordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to bring partnership activations to lifeBuild co-marketing assets and help tell the story of new partnerships internally and externallySupport broader workback calendars and cross-functional coordination so nothing falls through the cracksConferences, Events & Field MarketingSupport event strategy, logistics, and on-site execution for conferences and industry eventsAssist with on-site lead capture, conversation tracking, and post-event CRM follow-upHelp produce event recap notes and ROI reporting for leadershipWho You AreA recent graduate (or 0 to 2 years of experience) in business, fashion, marketing, communications, or a related fieldGenuinely excited about the intersection of AI and fashionA self-starter who spots gaps and fills them without being askedComfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast in a startup environmentA strong communicator who can write a crisp outreach email and hold their own in a partner meetingA highly responsive, proactive communicator, since this is a remote-first role, we lean heavily on clear, timely written and verbal communication over Slack, email, and video calls to keep partners and the team aligned; being easy to reach and quick to respond is essentialHighly organized and detail-oriented, especially when juggling multiple workstreams at onceBonus: prior experience with Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/outreach toolsBonus: existing relationships in the fashion, retail, or tech industryBonus: fluency in a second language (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.)What You'll GetDirect mentorship from SPREEAI's Partnerships leadershipReal ownership over partner relationships and revenue-driving projects from day oneA front-row seat to how a fast-growing AI startup builds its commercial engineExposure to enterprise brand relationships, investor conversations, and industry eventsCompetitive full-time compensation and
