This is exactly the moment when you want to get in. The Role As a Founder Associate, you work directly with the founders across all key areas: acquisition, operations, strategy and scaling. This is not a traditional analyst role.

You are close to real decisions, real operations and real results. You spend a week analyzing a potential acquisition and preparing for discussions with business families. The next you develop a financial model or structure the deal process.

You will then work with production managers on topics such as automation, efficiency or operational control directly in the factory. You continually switch between strategy and implementation. If you want to understand how industrial companies really work - and how to build a platform from them, you will learn more here in a short time than in many classic career paths.

Who we are looking for We are looking for people who not only find the industry interesting, but want to shape it. You should have a good understanding of manufacturing and technical processes. You don't have to be a mechanical engineer - but you should be able to speak credibly to production managers, operations managers or entrepreneurs and be interested in delving deeply into operational topics.

At the same time, you think analytically, structured and entrepreneurially. What is important to us: - Strong interest in industry, manufacturing and technological transformation - Understanding of production processes, automation or industrial value creation - High level of personal responsibility and implementation orientation - Ability to switch between operational details and strategic thinking - Very good analytical skills - Fluent German and very good English - Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week within Germany You have already worked in an environment in which high speed, personal responsibility and analytical excellence are expected - whether in consulting, investing, industry or building companies.
