Key Responsibilities

Identifyand automate manual workflows using AI tools and process optimization techniquesAnalyze business and operational data toidentifytrends, performance gaps, and insightsDevelop prompts, automation workflows, and AI-assisted solutions for business use casesSupport cross-functional projects across AI, Product, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teamsBreak down ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and actionable solutionsTranslate data insights into clear, business-facing recommendationsParticipate in pilot programs and innovation initiatives focused on efficiency and transformationDocument processes, best practices, and repeatable AI-enabled workflowsMaintain strong execution discipline with proactive communication on progress, risks, and blockersAI and Technical ResponsibilitiesUtilize AI tools as part of daily workflow for research, analysis, and automationDevelopproficiencyin prompt engineering, automation, and AI-assisted analyticsContinuously assess emerging AI tools and recommend practical use casesContribute to internal AI capability building and knowledge sharingMinimum

Qualifications
