Why this role is different Not pure influencer marketing Not pure performance marketing But the interface between creator sales, performance & scaling Your goal: sales growth through scalable creator partnerships Tasks Your tasks Influencer marketing Identification, acquisition and support of suitable creators and brand ambassadors for our brands Building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers, management and agencies Planning, implementing and controlling influencer campaigns on various platforms Negotiating cooperations and coordinating deliverables, timings and conditions Coordinating product shipments and Campaign processes Analysis and evaluation of campaigns based on relevant KPIs and derivation of optimization measures Daily business Daily communication with creators, management and agencies Research and outreach of new talents and potential brand ambassadors Support of ongoing collaborations and ensuring a positive creator experience Monitoring of trends, platform developments and competitors Creation of reports and presentation of relevant results Coordination within the team and regular 1:1s Qualification Your profile Experience.

You have at least 1-4 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar field - ideally in the beauty, lifestyle, fashion or e-commerce environment. Creator mindset. You enjoy building relationships and maintaining them over the long term.

You understand what makes good creator partnerships and how to develop them successfully. Organizational skills. You keep track of multiple campaigns running in parallel and work in a structured and reliable manner.

Personal responsibility. You work independently, contribute ideas proactively and take responsibility for your projects. Analytical understanding.

You can interpret campaign results, classify KPIs and identify optimization potential. Communication. German at C1 level and English at least B2 level.

Working model. You work hybrid and are in our office in Cham at least three days a week to work closely with the team.
