CRM Manager (all genders)

Your tasks We are looking for a hands-on CRM manager with a strong feel for copywriting and basic design knowledge. You will design our email and automation campaigns, optimize conversion and implement creative ideas in our CRM channels. Managing and implementing CRM campaigns Writing high-converting, engaging copy Creating simple visuals and assets Continuously testing, optimizing and evaluating campaigns Using AI tools to improve campaigns, content creation and automation Collaborating with the marketing team to implement new ideas and strategies Your profile Experience with CRM tools (e.g.

Klaviyo, Loop, Charles) Strong copywriting with a focus on conversion Basic knowledge of design (Figma, Canva or similar tools) Strong curiosity, desire to test and experiment, affinity for numbers and the ability to interpret campaign results (e.g. GetKlar, Google) Experience in working with AI to optimize campaigns, content creation and automation Hands-on mentality and independent work Why us?
