Operations Director

As enterprise complexity increases across clients, regions, and production streams, operational control becomes a structural advantage.As an Operations Director supporting one of our key client accounts, you will work in close partnership with our Client Lead to ensure operations run smoothly, delivery stays on track, and teams have the structure and processes they need to perform effectively. You will help translate client priorities into efficient execution, improve operational processes, oversee planning and resource coordination, resolve delivery challenges, and implement scalable ways of working that enable consistent, high-quality results.This is not an execution-heavy coordination role.

It is a performance architecture and accountability role.

What You Will DoOwn Operational Health Across Production StreamsMaintain full visibility over utilization, profitability, delivery timelines, and process adherence across multiple teams and regionsIdentify early risk signals in capacity, margin, or client satisfaction before they escalateAct as first-line escalation for operational breakdowns impacting revenue or delivery confidenceIntervene decisively to stabilize execution and restore performanceDrive Planning, Forecasting & Capacity ControlBuild and continuously refine forecasting models to anticipate resource constraints and delivery bottlenecksAlign production, finance, and sales around realistic planning assumptionsTranslate pipeline signals into capacity strategiesEstablish predictable operational rhythms that reduce reactive firefightingOwn KPI Systems & Performance AccountabilityDefine, track, and evolve operational KPIs including utilization, contribution margin, throughput, and complianceDetect negative KPI trends and implement structural fixes - not temporary patchesDrive performance accountability with Delivery Managers and Project Managers by setting clear expectations, decision rights, and measurable targets - while creating the structure that allows them to focus on high-impact workIntroduce reporting improvements that increase visibility and decision speedImprove Systems, Tools & Operational FrameworksLead implementation of new tools, automation layers, or process upgrades that increase scalabilitySimplify fragmented workflows across geographiesStandardize operational best practices across production streamsRepresent operations in strategic internal forums and client-critical situationsWho You AreYou are a systems thinker who sees patterns before others see problems.
