This is your opportunity to work alongside talented professionals, manage meaningful projects, and accelerate your growth as a leader in the field.What You'll Do:Manage water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from development of project proposals through completion, providing environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutionsOversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationshipsCoordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractorsLead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operationsDevelop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management PlanCommunicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projectsWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering requiredMinimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredProven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasksAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with QA/QC procedures and business practices related to engineeringStrong leadership, organization, and multitasking skillsEffective verbal and written communication abilitiesKnowledge of Deltek Vision preferredParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Gain exposure to technical problem-solving in critical infrastructureFlexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travelMake a real impact by helping deliver clean water and safe wastewater solutions to communitiesCurious about the impactful work our Water/Wastewater team is doing?
