About the Role

What You'll Do - Make 50+ outbound sales calls per day, every day - Prospect and qualify leads across target European markets - Build genuine rapport fast, in more than one language - Log everything properly in the CRM - no shortcuts - Help shape a young, fast-moving company from the ground floor
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English, plus at least one of: French, German, Danish, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese - Based in a timezone within ±3 hours of CET - Proven experience in outbound sales - cold calling required - Strong communication skills - persuasive, clear, and comfortable on the phone all day - Genuine excitement about building something in a young, growing company - Willingness and stamina to hit 60+ calls per day, consistently - Experience working with a CRM Nice to Have - Experience with lead enrichment tools/processes - Experience in logistics or automotive Who Should NOT Apply If you're looking for an ops-adjacent role that occasionally touches sales, this isn't it.
