The main task of the Junior Manager Data & Operations - Investor Relations (m/f/d) is the administration and further development of our Salesforce infrastructure as well as ownership for the digitalization of data-supported investor targeting and implementation of campaigns. The role is located in the investor relations team, without your own personal approach to investors - you create the operational basis for successful investor relations management. In day-to-day business, you are responsible for automated campaigns to investors as well as research and data analysis for internal and external reporting purposes.
TASKS CRM & automation Ownership for the digitalization of investor contact - manual work steps are gradually replaced by digital processes and tools (e.g. campaigns) Administration and further development of our CRM infrastructure (Salesforce) - from segmentation to tracking to evaluation, as well as analysis and integration of further data points Independent control of CRM development projects in sprints: planning, prioritization, implementation and quality assurance Identification and introduction of AI-supported tools for more efficient processes IR operations preparation, implementation and analysis from campaigns to investors on investment opportunities and events Continuous research of new impact investors as a sales basis for our IR managers Data analysis on the investor network for internal and external reporting purposes
Qualifications
University degree in economics, (business) information technology, information management, data science or related areas First professional experience (also through internships) in one or more of the following areas: CRM management, account-based marketing, data analysis, operations, project management or company formation High implementation orientation and structured, solution-oriented way of working Strong analytical, communicative and organizational skills Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, as well as interest in their further development and automation Affinity and initial experience with automation and/or AI tools Strong quality awareness and high affinity for numbers and data Professional use of MS Office, especially Excel Excellent expressiveness in written and spoken German and English High commitment, team orientation and intrinsic motivation for social and ecological solutions Flexibility regarding business trips within Germany for occasional team meetings
