The Founders Bay Impact Accelerator is an intensive, six-month, full-time program for startup teams that takes place twice a year. Hands-on startup coaching You coach in an early phase (pre-seed/seed) even through "critical" growth phases You identify operational weak points and develop direct solution approaches with the teams You accompany pilot projects from initialization and conception to the successful market launch Strategic innovation management You build long-term partnerships with medium-sized companies and corporates You orchestrate pilot projects between startups and corporate partners You moderate and transform innovation workshops Company challenges in concrete startup briefings Qualification Operational experience with startup DNA 2-3+ years of experience in a relevant industry or consulting environment - or you have founded a company yourself Proven success in setting up, scaling or supporting startups or innovation projects, preferably in an accelerator or incubator program Hands-on mentality You have already coached startups through critical phases or know them from your own experience You love cracking complex problems with pragmatic solutions You prefer to work with them Prototypes and MVPs with 50-page concepts Network virtuoso Your network includes decision-makers from established companies and the startup scene You know how to open doors and keep them open
