Our mission is to help people stop negative habits and replace them with positive new habits. Innovative and newly developed methods from psychology are used, which have already been researched in initial studies. A digital coaching tool or learning platform for changing negative habits is now being built and established (B2C), this is in preparation.

Tasks You are interested in the following areas of focus (all after prior training): Development of Python scripts as well as Apify actors for automating business processes. Processing, cleaning, and deduplicating large data sets using Python and Pandas. Development of an AI agent (LLM) to analyze company websites and automatically determine suitable contact persons.
Development of personalized email workflows based on AI including A/B testing for email subject lines and text. etc.
Qualifications
You bring: Good Python knowledge for the secure handling of data structures, modules and object-oriented scripting. Data processing & APIs: Practical experience in connecting external REST APIs (JSON, HTTP requests). Web scraping & browser automation: good understanding of HTML/DOM structures.
Basic understanding of prompting for the integration of AI models. Training or current studies in one of the following areas, for example: business informatics, computer science, information systems, digital business management, applied computer science, software engineering, data science / business analytics, artificial intelligence and data analytics, media informatics or comparable qualification. Working independently with a lot of creative freedom.
Interested in direct insights into the development of modern AI agents. Flexible working hours that you can arrange yourself. Availability of 3-6 months (also possible part-time)
