Preparation of business communication, drafts of answers and materials in the style and tone of the manager. logistics. Tracking risks, blockers and potential "red flags" in projects, communications and execution of agreements.
Implementation of tools, processes and approaches that increase the effectiveness of the manager and his team. What is important to us: Experience in the position of Executive Assistant, Business Assistant, Chief of Staff or a similar role supporting C-level managers, founders or business owners. Experience in deep immersion in business processes (managing separate parts of the business) Experience working in a dynamic environment with a large number of parallel tasks and projects.
Strong planning, prioritization, coordination and execution control skills. Experience working with task and knowledge management tools (Notion, Asana, Google Workspace or similar). Ability to structure large amounts of information and prepare short analytical conclusions.
Readiness for business trips. Fluency in Ukrainian. English from B2 level.
