What Were Looking For- Experience: 2 - 10 years of dedicated California Workers' Compensation defense experience. - Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) and an active member in good standing with the California State Bar. - Skills: Proven track record of appearing before the WCAB and managing a high-volume caseload. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dictation software and paperless case management systems. - Bonus: First or second chair trial experience and significant doctor deposition experience.
