Your work will enable informed decision-making, optimize workflows, and ensure that Sarnova’s technology solutions meet both internal and external stakeholder needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validationDesign and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usabilityAdminister and configure web-based platforms to support business operations and customer-facing solutionsCollaborate with IT and business teams to support customer implementation projects, including data migration, configuration, and testingPerform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business stakeholdersEnsure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standardsDocument processes, configurations, and data workflows for internal knowledge sharingTroubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems and integrationsParticipate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities and system performanceSkills/Experience Required:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred2 - 6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environmentsAdvanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)Experience with web platform administration and configurationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with customer implementation projects (data migration, onboarding) preferredFamiliarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferredKnowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferredExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing preferredSarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
