As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will take responsibility for complex customer rollouts and manage our largest and strategically most important implementation projects - from initial planning to successful go-live and beyond. You are the central interface between our clinic customers and the internal recare teams.
With your experience in the hospital environment, you will create trust at eye level, navigate complex stakeholder structures and ensure that our solutions are sustainably anchored in everyday clinical practice. You will manage complex end-to-end rollouts of our Recare AI Suite in hospitals - from the discovery phase through planning and implementation to the successful go-live and handover to regular operations. As the person responsible for implementation, you will coordinate all relevant stakeholders on the customer side and internally: from clinic management and IT to medical departments our teams from Clinical Solution Consulting, Interoperability, Customer Success and Product.You develop robust rollout plans, manage dependencies, moderate decisions and ensure that projects are successfully implemented even with high complexity.You lead our customers through change processes and ensure that enablement, training and the hypercare phase are optimally prepared and implemented.You keep an eye on scalability: you identify recurring challenges, improve our processes and help in continuously developing our implementation methodology.
You will take on a leading role in strategically important major accounts and multi-site rollouts and work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success. This is how we introduce you as our Senior Implementation Manager (Hospital) (m/f/d): You have at least 5 years of experience in implementation, customer delivery, professional services or project management - ideally in a SaaS or HealthTech environment. Experience in a hospital environment is a must for this role.

You have strong process and methodological skills and further develop standards, templates and quality processes in order to make implementations scalable. You are experienced in stakeholder management and communicate confidently at all levels - from hospital management and medical management to IT teams and operational users.
