Content Producer / Junior Content Manager (m/w/d) - Video, Interviews & Golf-Storys

Hi, we are Golf Post, the digital home for golfers. From Cologne, we reach hundreds of thousands of golf enthusiasts every month in seven languages ​​- and we work with probably the most modern AI setup in sports journalism: For us, the AI ​​writes the articles. You decide which stories are told.

That's why we're not looking for a traditional editor. We are looking for you: someone who loves golf, smells topics, gets people in front of the camera and gets things organized. You release topics, bring the most exciting conversation partners into the interview and turn them into videos, shorts and podcast moments that the golf community celebrates.

To expand our team, we are looking for you full-time as soon as possible - as a trainee, intern or in a dual study program. Cologne location, hybrid working possible. Tasks You control our AI content pipeline: You recognize which topics are hot, approve articles and give the AI ​​direction - human in the loop, you have the final say.

You organize interviews and conversation partners: players, coaches, club personalities, brands - you build your network in the golf scene. You produce moving images: short video interviews, shorts for social media, podcast formats. Camera experience is great, the desire to learn is enough - the AI ​​helps you with editing, subtitles and editing.

You plan the theme week with our working students and grow into editorial management step by step. You are there at tournaments and events - on site, with camera and microphone.

Qualifications

You play golf yourself. That's a prerequisite for this role - your passion for the sport is the filter that no AI can replace. You have (almost) completed your studies or are looking for a dual model - and you want to join full-time, not part-time.

You are an organizer: you talk to people, make appointments clear and keep ten balls in the air at the same time. You enjoy video and social formats - in front of or behind the camera. You are curious about AI tools and want to learn how a media company really works in 2026.

You write and speak confidently in German, English is an advantage.
