About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Business Insights - Support the FMCG FBT team by analysing seller performance, FBT adoption, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and business risks. - Prepare regular reports and dashboards, track key KPIs, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making and category strategy.2. Day-to-Day Merchant Operations - Support the daily operations of FMCG merchants using FBT by responding to merchant enquiries, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Service, etc.), troubleshooting fulfilment-related issues, and following up on inbound shipments, inventory, billing, and operational cases to ensure timely resolution.3.
Merchant Feedback & Continuous Improvement - Collect and synthesise merchant feedback to identify recurring pain points and operational gaps. Support root cause analysis, document business

:- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above (all majors welcome; Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related fields preferred)- Available for a full-time internship- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, with solid Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, basic formulas, and the ability to present insights clearly and concisely)- Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken) - High Oral fluency in Korean and English to support communication with internal and external Stakeholders in both the Korean and English Market.Preferred
Qualifications
