Senior SEA & Google Ads Manager (m/w/d) - Performance Max, Automation & AI - 100 % remote

From Google Ads and Performance Max to new AI-based advertising platforms such as ChatGPT Ads: You master complex international accounts, work operationally at a high level and recognize early on where data, automation and AI create additional performance potential. We are an independent digital performance agency from Germany and combine over 25 years of marketing experience with AI, first-party data, our own technology and data-driven solutions. As a Senior SEA & Google Ads Manager, you will manage and develop sophisticated accounts for leading international clients.

At the same time, you will question existing approaches, test new possibilities and shape the future of search and AI advertising together with us. Tasks Your playing field: You set the direction. You manage demanding national and international search accounts and develop the strategic roadmap for sustainable growth.

You find levers that others miss. Tracking, feeds, automation, scripts and conversion data are not individual disciplines for you, but rather the basis for better decisions and measurably more performance. Sparring partner: You question briefings, contribute your own ideas and advise customers at eye level.

In pitches you impress with substance, clarity and a real understanding of the business. You're working on what's next. You test new Google Ads features, AI applications and advertising platforms such as ChatGPT Ads before they become standard - and use them to develop new solutions for our customers and our team.

Qualifications

Your profile: Experience that has an impact. You have at least five years of experience in full-funnel SEA and have already successfully managed complex Google Ads accounts. Agency experience is a plus, but not a must.

You analyze razor-sharply. You recognize patterns, question results and separate real causes from coincidences. You derive clear decisions, tests and concrete growth levers from complex data.

You don't wait for tasks. You see potential early, develop your own solutions and take responsibility for their implementation. You actively advance topics instead of just completing briefings.

You communicate clearly and convincingly. You have business fluency in German and can communicate complex contexts in an understandable way - internally and in direct communication with customers. Good knowledge of English is an advantage.

You have mastered the modern SEA stack. Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Merchant Center, tracking and analytics are part of your everyday life. What's important is not just that you can use the tools, but that you can make better decisions from them.
