Key Responsibilities
Make cross functional AI product squads more effective by facilitating planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination in whatever form fits each team bestCoach product managers, data scientists, engineers, and clinical partners on agile principles and how they apply in a complex healthcare environmentIdentify and resolve blockers before they stall delivery, managing dependencies across product, platform, governance, and clinical teams and escalating when neededMaintain clear visibility into tasks, issues, risks, and action items across squads, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as work moves through the delivery cyclePlan and organize sprint demos and product testing events, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and that feedback loops are tight and productiveCollaborate across IT, clinical, and operational teams to ensure the right people are engaged at the right time and that resource gaps do not quietly become delivery problemsTrack and improve the health of delivery across the portfolio, using flow metrics and team feedback to identify where things are slowing down and whyKeep portfolio leadership informed on delivery progress with timely, accurate, and actionable status communicationSupport onboarding of new team members and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the AI product functionWork is typically performed in an office or remote environment. Qualifications
:3 or more years of experience in an agile delivery, facilitation, or team lead role in a complex enterprise environmentDemonstrated ability to flex across delivery frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approachesAgile certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent; SAFe or advanced certifications a plusStrong facilitation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to create psychological safety on teamsFamiliarity with backlog and delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platformsComfort navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity in large health systems or similarly regulated industriesBachelors degree or equivalent professional experiencePreferred
