Working student (m/f/d) - Finance & Consulting (entrepreneurial, performance-based)

This role is entrepreneurial and offers you the opportunity to get actively involved, take on responsibility and develop professionally and personally. Performance and initiative play a central role, at the same time you are supported by structured onboarding, coaching and an experienced team. Very good German language skills (C1+) are required, as the training, communication in the team and the perspective towards the IHK take place entirely in German.

Your area of responsibilityStarting phase (first weeks): Appointment structure: You arrange customer appointments (telephone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline. Process learning: You learn discussion guidelines, needs assessment, Follow-up and documentation standards.Performance optimization: You work with KPIs, get feedback and systematically improve your results.
