Tasks Reviewing and revising manuscripts with regard to style, spelling and grammar Formulating concrete and comprehensible feedback for authors Supporting the editorial support of our book projects Collaborating on the preparation and implementation of publications Taking on other tasks in everyday publishing life Submitting your own suggestions and ideas

Qualifications

You are studying German, literary studies, linguistics, journalism or a comparable course of study You have a very good knowledge of the German language You recognize linguistic weaknesses, inconsistencies and errors You work reliably conscientious, organized and independent You can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and tasks You are reliable and adhere to agreed deadlines You are interested in books and would like to get to know the work of a publisher in more detail Previous professional or practical experience in editing, in an editorial office, in journalism or in a similar area is an advantage, but not absolutely necessary. What is crucial for us is that you have high standards for your own work, take responsibility and are not satisfied with mediocre results.
