Salesforce Technical Architect (all genders)

In this role, you will take responsibility for the architecture of sophisticated Salesforce solutions and accompany projects from the initial requirement to the successful go-live. You analyze business processes, develop viable architectural concepts, evaluate technical options and ensure that our solutions remain scalable, maintainable and future-proof. You will work closely with customers, project managers, functional consultants and developers and contribute your technical expertise to both the conception and implementation.

You conduct technical reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices across all project phases. You accompany customer workshops, presentations and technical coordination at eye level. You support effort estimates, technical project planning and pre-sales activities.

You continually develop yourself through Salesforce certifications and new technologies.

Qualifications

Experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Lead Developer or in a comparable technical leadership role. Profound practical experience in the technical implementation of complex Salesforce projects. Very good knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Flows and Salesforce Security.

Extensive experience in integrations and in dealing with REST, SOAP and other API technologies. Very good understanding of architectural principles, data models and scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and ideally Field Service.

Very good knowledge of German and English (German C1; English B2) for confident coordination and the presentation of technical concepts to customers and internal teams. Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working. High communicative competence and the ability to convey technical issues in an understandable manner.

Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications; ideally on the way to becoming an application architect, system architect or comparable architect credentials.
