Freelancer (m/f/d) - German & Dutch for an international photo box provider

colpari GmbH is looking for committed freelancers (m/f/d) for first-level support in the e-commerce sector. If you have a passion for excellent customer service and want to work in a flexible, digital environment, then you've come to the right place! Tasks 💡 Your tasks: ✅ Processing and answering customer inquiries via e-mail, telephone and in the ticket system in German and Dutch ✅ Supporting our customers with ordering, delivery, returns and the use of the photo boxes ✅ Independent processing of service cases as well as documentation and tracking in the ticket system ✅ Close cooperation with the internal team to ensure a quick and customer-oriented solution

Qualifications

🎯 Your profile: ✔ Fluent language skills in Dutch and good German ✔ Experience in customer service and a strong technical affinity ✔ Structured, independent way of working with a confident use of digital tools ✔ Experience in a remote environment and ideally in e-commerce ✔ Availability of 15-25 hours per week ✔ Empathy, reliability and the ability to remain professional even in stressful situations
