We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Social who will be independently responsible for our paid social growth: from media buying to our own creative production and testing. Meta (Instagram & Facebook) is your home and our absolute priority. You build the channel so that we can scale textile profitably.

Tasks 🎯 Media Buying & Campaigns (Meta): You are responsible for our meta account end-to-end. Campaign setup, structure, buying, daily optimization and scaling. You decide where the budget goes and are responsible for the results.

Of course, we as a team are always at your side. 🚀 Full funnel & new channels: You like to think about different awareness levels and are not just on the go, understand the role of diversity in creative and understand customer journeys across multiple touchpoints. And if meta is going, test TikTok and Pinterest as the next growth channels ;). 🎬 Independent creative production: You don't just brief, you build yourself. From the idea to angles, pain points, scripts and hooks to the editing, you produce performance creatives (statics, UGC, EGC, video).

Fast, iterative and with an eye for the brand. 🤝 Creator & UGC sourcing: You find, brief and manage creators for high-performance content and build a pool of voices and faces that fit erlich. 🧪 Testing & Iteration: You systematically carry out creative, offer and audience tests. Hypothesis → Test → Learning → next test. You kill losers early, scale winners consistently. 📊 Numbers & Attribution: You control based on margin instead of clicks.

Blended ROAS/MER, CAC and contribution margin, attribution via KLAR. You are radically transparent about performance, even when things aren't going well. 🤖 AI-native in daily doing: You use AI in everyday life for creative iteration, pain points and angles, reporting and so on. You build workflows that make you faster and better and bring real passion and energy for the topic.

Qualifications

Solid paid social experience for DTC/e-commerce. You have already scaled meta accounts profitably and not just managed them. You know the Meta Ads Manager inside out: campaign setup, buying, scaling.

Which annoying meta features you can quickly click away and which ones actually make sense. You produce your own performance creatives (idea, script, hook, cut) and master the tools for this, e.g. Figma or Canva.

We have a lot of good content that you can use as source material. Experience in sourcing and controlling content creators for UGC. You know what ROAS/aMER, CAC, CM1, CM2 mean and work with attribution models.

AI-native: You see AI as a superpower that empowers you and you like to reach your token maximum. We have a good stack of tools for this. Bias to action and owner mentality.

You test quickly, make decisions independently and take responsibility for what you do. Fluent German, able to work remotely-first, structured and independent Bonus: Experience in fashion / apparel / lingerie or premium DTC, in the Shopify ecosystem, with TikTok / Pinterest ads
