# Lighthouse QA: Remote Independent Quality Assurance (IQA) Reviewer OneForma is hiring remote Independent Quality Assurance (IQA) reviewers to supervise and assess the work of large-scale annotation projects. In this role you will review and report on the quality of outputs delivered by third parties across summarization, text composition, and visual content generation tasks. As a member of a focused group of reviewers, you will assess the quality of work produced by third parties and provide clear, structured feedback that helps improve overall output quality. ## Purpose of the Project This focused group of IQA reviewers is responsible for reviewing and reporting on the quality of the outputs provided by third parties, according to detailed, client-provided guidelines and structured processes. ## Task Description As part of the Lighthouse Independent QA team (IQA), you will supervise and assess the work of large-scale summarization, text composition, and visual content generation projects. You will apply structured rating criteria, identify error trends, and produce concise reports and improvement suggestions. ## Main

Requirements

• Native speaker of the target language. - High level of written English to understand guidelines and provide the required reports and summaries. - Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently. - Strong attention to detail and consistency. - Ability to apply structured rating criteria consistently. - Impartial, objective, and instruction-driven approach to reviewing work from third parties. - Ability to identify and report error trends and provide improvement suggestions. - Minimum weekly availability of 20 to 30 hours. ## Preferred Background - Prior experience in summarization, text composition, visual content generation, or other annotation and data collection work. - Previous work reviewing tasks that involve judgment-based decisions. - Previous work in report creation and error trend identification. ## Other

• Basic computer skills. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. - General knowledge of online communication tools such as Microsoft Teams. - Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset. - Highly organized and able to work independently. - Self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a remote team. ## Required Resources Laptop or personal computer, phone, and headset. ## Location This is a remote opportunity. Reviewers work from home and must be native speakers based in the country of their target locale. ## Payment This is a paid opportunity. Compensation is calculated per hour, and the rate is set for each language and locale. ## Availability and Task Duration This is an ongoing program. We ask for a minimum weekly availability of 20 to 30 hours.
