Senior E-Commerce Marketer (Meta, Google, Funnels, KI) | Remote

We have been advising ambitious e-commerce brands on scaling profitably since 2022. Over 500 brands supported, more than €40 million managed advertising budget. Now we are building a second pillar: Instead of just advising, we take over the entire operational implementation for selected customers.

Done-for-you, AI-supported, with clear processes. We are looking for the person who owns it and builds more than just customer accounts: You will transfer our consulting knowledge from 500+ projects into AI-based workflows and develop the standards with which we will work for the next few years. What you build is not filed away, but becomes the company's operating system.

Tasks Maintain meta and Google Ads accounts: strategy, video briefings, static generation, reporting, scaling Set up and drive email marketing (Klaviyo, Hello Email, etc.) Coordinate and implement shop and landing page optimizations Automate recurring customer tasks with AI Clean project management for each customer, keep an overview without anything slipping through. Actively develop existing customers: identify what is needed next, suggest and sell (Cross- and Upsell) Translate our consulting knowledge into AI workflows, SOPs and video instructions. You build the toolbox with which we move from the consulting to the implementation era

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce agency or as a marketer in a D2C brand You know from practice what good ads, good shops, good copy and good landing pages look like and can assess and demand it, not just execute it Solid project management: several customers in parallel without leaving anything behind Confident in direct customer contact and with a flair for selling. You identify what a customer needs next and address it. Structured, independent way of working.

With us there is no micromanagement, but full trust. Genuine interest in and experience with AI: not “already used ChatGPT”, but really keen to use it to build new and better online marketing
